稻农低碳生产行为的影响机理研究——基于湖北省102户稻农的深度访谈

【摘要】传统水稻生产方式对甲烷、氧化亚氮等农业源温室气体排放的贡献不容忽视。加强政策激励和引导, 促进稻农参与水稻低碳生产, 正是破解农业源温室气体减排难题的有效途径。本文基于湖北省102户稻农的深度访谈资料, 应用扎根理论探究了影响稻农在水稻生产过程中采取低碳生产行为的深层次因素及其作用机理。研究表明, 低碳生产态度、行为效能感知、生产实施成本、社会环境因素4个主范畴通过不同的路径对稻农低碳生产行为产生显著影响。其中, 低碳生产态度、行为效能感知作为前置驱动要素, 决定了稻农的低碳生产意愿, 进而影响其低碳生产行为;生产实施成本与社会环境因素作为情境调节要素, 调节着“意愿→行为”之间的关系强度。基于此, 本文构建了“意愿—情境—行为”整合模型, 从微观层面以自下而上的分析框架试图拓展对稻农低碳生产行为影响机理的理论研究, 以期为政府制定切实有效的激励政策来推进水稻低碳生产提供科学依据和路径参考。

The influence mechanism of rice farmers’ low-carbon production behaviors: an analysis based on in-depth interviews with 102 rice farmers in Hubei Province

【Abstract】The contribution to agricultural greenhouse gas emissions, such as methane and nitrous oxide, from the traditional rice production system cannot be neglected. An effective way to reduce the agricultural carbon emission is strengthening policy incentives and promoting rice farmers’ participation in low-carbon rice production. Based on the in-depth interviews with 102 rice farmers in Hubei Province, this paper used the grounded theory to explore the critical factors that influenced rice farmers’ low-carbon production behaviors, and further analyzed the influence mechanism. The results showed that the four main categories, namely, the attitudes towards low-carbon production, the perception of behavioral efficacy, the production implementation cost and socio-environmental factors had significant impacts on the rice farmers’ low-carbon production behaviors in different paths. The former two influenced rice farmers’ intentions to adopt low-carbon production as prior driving factors. The latter two as situational adjusting factors influenced the strength of the relationship between the intention and behaviors. In the study, an integrated intention—situation—behavior model is constructed, which expands the theoretical analysis on the influence mechanism for rice farmers’ low-carbon production behaviors with a bottom-up analytical framework. It provides empirical evidence and reference for the government to formulate feasible and effective incentive policies to promote low-carbon rice production.
