多指标综合评价黄芪免疫活性的谱效相关性

【摘要】本文通过多指标研究测评黄芪小分子部位的指纹图谱与免疫活性的相关性, 揭示黄芪提高免疫功能的药效物质基础。采用10批黄芪药材小分子部位进行免疫抑制小鼠的免疫功能实验, 测定其吞噬指数、迟发型变态反应程度 (DTH) 、脏器指数以及干扰素-γ (IFN-γ) 、白细胞介素-4 (IL-4) 等药效值, 与HPLC-DAD/HPLC-ELSD指纹图谱的共有峰关联, 研究其谱效相关性。结果表明, 黄芪小分子部位中的多种成分对于增强免疫作用具有高度关联性。黄芪药材小分子部位提高小鼠免疫力是多种物质共同作用的结果。
