【Abstract】From the perspective of public goods, the paper believes that solving the problem of regional cooperation mechanisms is an important issue for the implementation of One Belt One Road initiative. And the key point of solving the problem could be regarded as a process of providing regional or interregional public goods. After the global financial crisis in 2008, along the Belt and Road regions formed a new interregional or regional public goods supply pattern and China has the potential and willingness to supply public goods along the areas, and can fulfill the shortage of public goods supply caused by economic stagnation of the United States, Japan and Europe. It will promote and join the national development strategies among relevant countries. China’s activity will form a system of cooperation with China as a hub of the network.
