新时期避孕模式的演变 (2010~2016)

【摘要】21世纪以来, 人们的生育意愿、生育行为均发生了很大的变化, 与其相关的避孕节育措施的使用也同时发生了改变。文章通过分析20102016年全国及分省已婚育龄妇女避孕率、避孕构成等数据, 对新时期避孕模式的变化以及避孕方法使用与人工流产的关系进行讨论。分析发现, 新时期, 尤其是生育政策调整完善以后, 避孕构成发生显著变化, 宫内节育器呈现下降趋势, 绝育所占比重下降明显, 避孕套所占比重显著上升。特别是2015年底全面两孩生育政策实施后, 避孕套构成的变化更为明显。我国各地区的避孕构成有其各自的特点, 这与各地计划生育规定和实施力度不同有密切的关系。进一步分析发现, 随着长效避孕方法降低、短效方法上升, 人工流产发生的风险显著提升。

Evolution of contraceptive mix in China from 2010 to 2016

【Abstract】Fertility intention, fertility behavior and the use of contraceptive methods have changed greatly since the early 21st century. This paper analyzed CPR and the contraceptive mix among married women of childbearing age using the data from 2010 to 2016. We discussed the changes in contraceptive mix in the new policy era and the relationship between contraceptive method use and induced abortion. Our analyses showed that in this new era, especially after the adjustment of fertility policies, the contraceptive mix has changed significantly: the use of intrauterine device (IUD) has declined slightly, sterilization showed a dramatic decrease and the use of condom increased remarkably. In particular, the proportion of condom use has significantly increased since the late 2015 when the universal two-child policy was implemented. The contraceptive mix varies across different regions in China which reflects the local family planning policy and its local practice. The risk of induced abortion increased significantly as the long-acting contraceptive methods declined and the short-acting contraceptive methods became more prevalent.
