【Abstract】It is an indisputable fact that the theoretical research of the Chinese training is lagging behind the practice of competitive sports. Breaking the bottleneck of the development of the Chinese training theory is at all imminent. From the sight of the inherent development logic, the theoretical research of the Chinese training should back to the source, i. e., to research on the interdisciplinary science problems. By using the research methods of literature review and logical analysis, and combining with multidisciplinary theory, this research revealed the logical origin, difficulties and routing selection of the interdisciplinary science problems and the development of training theory, and focused on the cognition problems of the interdisciplinary issue in training theory research. To solve the interdisciplinary science problems in the training process is related to the direction of Chinese training theory research, namely, independent innovation and internationalization, which is also a new task for the development of training theory in the new era.
