Preliminary Analysis on the Plasma Effective Component Difference of Shuangshen Granules Powder and Water Decoction
World Chinese Medicine,2020,Vol 15,No. 16
Objective: To preliminary analyze the plasma effective component difference of rats after intragastric administration of Shuangshen Granules (SSG). Methods: The liquid-mass spectrometer-ion trap-time-of-flight mass spectrometry (LC/MS-IT-TOF) method was used to analyze the medicated serum of Shuangshen Granules powder and water decoction. According to the retention time, accurate relative molecular mass, mass spectrometry data, etc. the components between groups were compared. Results: Four plasma effective components: Ginsenoside-Rh1, Ginsenoside-Rg2, Ginsenoside-Rb2, and Ginsenoside-Rg3, were identified from Shuangshen Granules powder compared with the water decoction. Conclusion: Different plasma effective components were found between powder and water decoction of SSG after intragastric administration by rats, different from water decoction. These plasma effective components may be substances via which the powder plays a direct role in blood.
