Objective: This study explored the effect of Hedgehog signaling pathway on the regulation of proliferation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs), osteoblast (OB) differentiation, osteogenic capability and bone formation, and also detected the effect of exercise on this regulation. Methods: After one week adaptation, 48 male 4-week old C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into three groups (n = 16): control group (group C), swimming group (group S) and downhill running group (group D). Group S and group D underwent swimming (45 min/d, 5d/week, 8 weeks in total) and downhill run (grade: −9°, 45 min/d, 5 d/week, 8 weeks in total). After all the training, the mice were killed. The mRNA expressions of cell cytokines were tested by RT-PCR; proliferation of BMSCs was tested after SRB staining; the differentiation and mineralization capabilities of OB were tested after ALP and Von Kossa staining; and bone mineral density was tested by Hologic Discovery A. Results: Compared with group C, the mRNA expressions of bone Ihh and Shh in group S were increased (Ps < 0.05), the number of BMSCs and activity of OB ALP in the second and fourth days in group S were increased (Ps < 0.05). Compared with group C, the mRNA expressions of bone Ihh, Shh, Ptch and Smo in group D were increased (Ps < 0.01), and the number of BMSCs, activity of OB ALP, bone mineralization capability and BMD of group D in the second and fourth day were significantly increased (Ps < 0.01). Compared with group S, the mRNA expressions of bone Ihh, Shh, Ptch and Smo in group D were increased (Ps < 0.05), the number of BMSCs, activity of OB ALP, bone mineralization capability and BMD of group D in the second and fourth day were significantly increased (Ps < 0.05). Conclusion: Exercise intervention promotes bone formation by promoting Hedgehog signal way to regulate BMSCs proliferation, OB differentiation and osteogenic ability, and the effect of downhill run is better than that of swimming.

This study aimed at recognizing the essence and characteristics of network sports organization, then exerting its advantages in nationwide fitness programs and avoiding its development problems. This study provided a more effective theoretical and practical reference for guiding, supporting, and supervising network sports organization. Methods: We interviewed some members of network sports organization and participated in their offline activities by the methods of observation and investigation. Conclusion and suggestions: Network sports organization is a new type sports organization that realized autonomy, self-rule, self-coordination, and self-management by internet technology. This organization had an accelerated development trend in quantity and scale, and realized interaction and participation between online and offline; it achieved claim of sports participation of individual identity who are in the air, cross-regional, and virtual; it satisfied the purpose and right of different social groups for their equal, opening, sharing, mutual help of sports participation. These all broke the form of formal sports organization. Meanwhile, making laws and regulations are challenged by these loose and no-boundary network sports organizations. We suggested that building up new internet record and supervision are the breaking-through. New rising or outdoor sports activity has an obvious development trend to enable itself with the help of network sports organization, but is lack of trust and safety issues that restrained sustainable development. Following closely its development scale, quantity and function, enacting and improving relative laws and regulations, emphasizing its safety in new rising and outdoor sports programs are imperative.
Sports is spreading in an unprecedented scale and in a way by mass media, and it has become an important resource for modern cultural identity construction. This paper analyzed the extent that Chinese audiences’ contact with media sports has affected their Chinese cultural identity by the methods of questionnaire, mathematic statistics, and data analysis. Based on four cities’ empirical study (N = 4914), we found that audiences contact Chinese culture in media sports that can influence their Chinese cultural identity in four levels including cognition, affection, intention, and behavior. The Chinese culture that audiences contact in media sports of TV and newspaper can predict their cultural identity that is proportional to the extent of contact; the Chinese culture that audiences contact in media sports of Chinese sports stars and traditional Chinese sports also reveals that their Chinese cultural identity which is proportional to the extent of contact. The Chinese culture that audiences contact in media sports of foreign culture will not have negative effect on their Chinese cultural identity, it has positive influence. The foreign culture audiences contact in different types of media sports can help us predict the degree of their Chinese cultural identity, which is relative weaker. This paper provided some conclusions on empirical level for such issues from the perspective of audiences and opened up a new perspective and new field for theoretical analysis.
Objective: To explore the effect of exercise on expression of Deltex 1 (Dtx1) in T cell and development and activity of T cell in college students. Methods: students volunteers were divided into three groups by exercise amount and exercise habit (exercise Group 1: more than 12 hours/week, exercise Group 2: more than 6 hours /week,exercise Group 3: less than 1hours / week). Peripheral blood were collected and T cells were extracted, the proliferation of T cells was detected by MTT assay, the expressions of IL-2 and IL-10 in peripheral blood were tested by ELISA, the expression of Dtx1 in T cells was measured by Western Blotting. Results: There are significant differences of proliferation of T cells (P < 0.05, Group 1 > Group 2 > Group 3), levels of IL-2 and IL-10 in peripheral blood (P < 0.05, Group 1 > Group 2 > Group 3), and expression of Dtx1 in T cells (P < 0.05, Group 1 < Group 2 < Group 3) among three groups.
By analyzing the technical and tactical characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of Chinese Women’s Volleyball Team in the 2015 World Cup, we hope to provide a reference for preparing for the 2016 Rio Olympics.
