【Abstract】Referring to the experimental paradigm of Western fairness study, we conducted the experimental design with the models of dictator experiment, ultimatum experiment, and third-party referee experiment to study the youth’s sense of fairness and decision-making. According to the experimental results, the youth had the thinking, decision-making or behavior towards fairness with a great probability. Gender had some influences on the sense of fairness and decision-making but they were not significant, while the influences of legal education were relatively large. There were correlations among the subjects’ distribution fairness, evaluation fairness and fairness of punishment. The institution rules had significant influences on behavioral fairness. Fairness was an important basis for human cooperation. There was a gap between the sense of fairness and fair behaviors, and fair behaviors required certain institutional guarantees. Therefore, we should ensure fairness through the construction of legal system, strengthen procedural fairness, and at the same time, we should also strengthen legal education towards the youth.
